Quality Assurance System
Every fabricated piece undergoes rigorous stage-gate verification from raw material arrival to final dimension tolerance sign-off prior to site delivery.
Strict adherence to customer drawing specifications, AWS welding standards, and documented mill test material records.
Engineering check of CAD/PDF drawings, verification of structural weld symbols, load requirements, material callouts, and critical tolerances.
Output: Approved shop cut-list & fit-up plan.
Verification of structural carbon steel (A36, A572, A500), stainless (304/316), and aluminum (6061) against mill test reports (MTR) and heat numbers.
Output: Certified stock tracking & alloy logs.
Joint bevel angles, root opening gaps, tack weld placement, structural squareness, and jig alignment check before full-penetration welding.
Output: Dimensional fit-up sign-off.
Visual weld inspection for undercut, porosity, profile contour, and throat depth; precision measurement of overall lengths, bolt hole patterns, and diagonals.
Output: CWI inspection check & QA approval.
Slag cleaning, burr removal, primer/paint finish review, piece mark tagging, bundling, and secure transport crating to client job site.
Output: Shipping manifest & QA certificate.
